WHEN IS THE NOMINATION FOR MEB BİLSEM EXAMS?

According to the guide published by the Ministry of National Education, the nomination process of students according to their talent areas will be carried out between November 25 - December 6, 2024. will be held between the dates.


Establishment of pre-assessment application appointments 25 November - 06 December 2024

Publishing the entrance documents of the students to be included in the preliminary evaluation application via the e-School Management Information System on 11 December 2024

Preliminary assessment practices will be carried out between December 21, 2024 and February 23, 2025.

Announcement of students who are eligible for individual assessment practices

Receipt of objections to the preliminary evaluation application 03-07 March 2025

This year, primary school 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade students will participate in the Bilsem Evaluations.

Bilsem evaluation will be done in two stages :

1-       Bilsem Preliminary Assessment Application (Bilsem Tablet Exam)

2- Bilsem Individual Assessment Application (Bilsem Interview Exam)



BİLSEM Exam Preparation Studies

Students are eligible to take the BİLSEM exam as a result of being nominated by their class teachers according to their talent areas. Specially gifted students who want to successfully pass the BİLSEM exam are eligible to receive education in science and art centers to discover their own potential and develop these talents.

Science and art centers, which offer a special education program for gifted children in line with their potential, are educational institutions serving in 81 provinces. Science and art centers offer different courses according to the talent areas of children.

 

What's in the Lessons?

In the study of student candidates who have earned the right to individual evaluation in the field of visual arts talent, have strong visual perception, the ability to think differently, and can show their thoughts in linear or pictorial form.

• It is aimed to provide the ability to create composition.

Hints and perception exercises are given to students to help them develop their drawing skills, look at events from different perspectives, and fill the paper with their imagination.

Süleyman Çağlayan

Süleyman ÇAĞLAYAN was born in Istanbul in 1977. He completed his undergraduate program in the Painting Department of the Faculty of Fine Arts at Mimar Sinan University in 2002, under the tutelage of Neşe Erdok, Nedret Sekban, and Ahmet Umur Deniz. In 2010, he became Assoc. He completed the Master's Program in Painting at Mimar Sinan University, Institute of Social Sciences, under the supervision of Ahmet Umur Deniz. As of the week your training starts, relevant material sharing is carried out specifically for each course. In addition, video sharing and video content submission for applied artistic and cultural courses can be done depending on the training and the instructor. Please consult.

1-Participants who fulfill the attendance requirement will be entitled to receive a certificate. At the end of the training, participants will be entitled to receive a training certificate approved by the Rectorate and visible on E-Government, prepared in cooperation with the relevant Universities.
2- At the end of the training, participants are entitled to receive an internationally valid English education certificate and this certificate can be checked on E-Government and with the QR code of the relevant university. There is a 100% attendance requirement in the Certificate Programs. Certificates are given digitally with a digital QR code that can be tracked and checked, we do not provide a printed certificate with a wet signature, please do not request it.
